Richard Goodall takes you on an emotional ride as he revitalizes Reba McEntire’s timeless hit.

The most well-known rendition of the song comes from McEntire’s Christian music CD from 2017. But Randy Houser recorded it for the first time in 2008.

McEntire told Rolling Stone, “I had to make it different because [Houser’s version] was so good.” “Well, we have it there, but that’s a really good tune! “Oh my gosh, we need this, we need this song right now,” everyone exclaimed. Well, this music has always been necessary.

According to her description, the song is about God uniting people in fellowship.

“This record, in my opinion, truly helped. keep me occupied with something constructive, uplifting, and restorative—music is it,” McEntire said of the record in an interview with The Oklahoman. These upbeat songs about faith and optimism are essential at both good and bad times in life. To get through each day, you need to have hope and trust.
